Lisa Lickert’s journey into financial services began with her own search for the right guidance. With a 25-year career in leading and scaling companies - including over a decade as a business owner involved in mergers and acquisitions - Lisa believed she was making all the right moves.She had trusted advisors, was actively investing, and was focused on mitigating taxes.
But everything changed when she talked with Shirley Luu, founder of Shirley Luu & Associates. Lisa was introduced to powerful financial strategies she had never encountered before -tools that could transform her family’s future, elevate her businesses, and create greater financial wellness for her team. That eye-opening experience made one thing clear: too many people, especially women, are left in the dark when it comes to their financial options.
Lisa launched Unique Growth to change that narrative - and she brings to it the same passion she’s shown throughout her life in
service to others. She has served on the Board of Dress and various volunteer roles forSuccess Cincinnati for over 15 years, helping women gain the tools and confidence they need to achieve economic independence. She is also the President of the Rotary Club of Cincinnati, where she lives out her commitment to “Service Above Self” every day. Her mission is especially close to her heart when it comes to helping women know their money, take control of it, and build lasting financial confidence.
